Teacher-Librarian Role Statements

My school does not seem to have a Teacher-Librarian Role Statement.  I have only been there since the start of this year but I am really learning about the teacher and school expectations as I go.  We do teach primary classes but have very little involvement with the Senior School (HIgh School).  They come in to use the computers either with their class teachers or informally, in times like lunchtime or after school.

The school has enough student access to technology but have not yet gone down the road of each student having their own laptop or technology so there are many areas that need further development.  After reading the range of teacher-role statements I am feeling a little overwhelmed by the range of responsibilities I am supposed to fulfil, made more difficult by the fact that I am also carrying a small Senior School teaching load that is entirely separate to the role of teacher-librarian. There is so little time for anything beyond the basic day-to-day functioning of the library.
